Rodney Eason, (he/him), Toledo Museum of Art Board member. Mr. Eason is a transformational leader with a passion for human capital strategy, talent manager, leadership development and over 25 years in operations management, training, safety and HR leadership. As the current VP in Human Resources for Erie Home, Mr. Eason is a strong advocate for the Toledo community and previously worked in executive roles at UPS, Fifth Third Bank, The Andersons, and Principle Business Enterprises, Inc.
